Hello.
The item I received has obvious trace that it was opened before.
Also, the clear plastic protector for protecting item inside the box has cracks.
I am not sure if the item was used or unused but certainly it was opened before.
It is very suspicious at the point of the plastic protector which is inside of the hard box is torn.
I purchased it for a present.
It can not be a present in such condition.

Hello,
Regarding the item delivered, it appears to have been opened. Also the plastic protection inside the box is damaged. It is definitely opened previously, whether the item is new or not.
