By a staff of the Tokyo International Post Office, they are asking to the German Post for response, but they only have response saying "under investigation" and there are no precise answer such as "delivery is delaying", "Lost" and "Returned to Japan".
The Tokyo International Post said they will ask for response of the investigation as "urging" to the German Post.

We had checked current situation for your order.
According to the staff at Tokyo International Post Office,
although they have been tring to request for checking, Deutche Post only reported it is under investigation.
They don't receive any further report for instance, delay of delivery, lost and retrun to Japan.
Tokyo International Post Office says they demand Deutsche Post to report back.

Today,We have inquired Japan Post how the investigation on your items is going.
According to the stuff of Tokyo International Post Office, they are repeatedly requesting German Post to the answer about requirement for the investigation. Yet, GP's answer is only "investigation is on the way". JP has not received any kind of precise answer such as "delay", "lost" ,"returned to Japan" etc.

Tokyo International Post Office explained that today they will request GP to answer about the investigation in the sense of "demand". We are really sorry that the arrival of your items is delayed considerably. We will inform you as soon as there is any progress.
