本日、日本郵便へあなたの商品の調査経過の問い合わせを行いました。
東京国際郵便局のスタッフの話によると、
ドイツポストへ何度も調査依頼の回答を求めているのですが、ドイツポストからの回答は「調査中」とだけ返答があるそうで「配達遅延」「紛失」「日本へ返送」などの、明確な回答がまったく無いそうです。
東京国際郵便局は本日、ドイツポストへ「督促」として調査依頼の回答を求めると言っていました。
商品の到着が大幅に遅れてしまい本当に申し訳ありませんが、進展があり次第ご連絡します。

Today, I asked Japan Post about your item's investigation progressing.
By a staff of the Tokyo International Post Office, they are asking to the German Post for response, but they only have response saying "under investigation" and there are no precise answer such as "delivery is delaying", "Lost" and "Returned to Japan".
The Tokyo International Post said they will ask for response of the investigation as "urging" to the German Post.
We are really sorry for the item's delay.
