先ほど荷物が到着しました。
箱を開けてみたのですが、残念な事にサンプル１とサンプル２が中でバラバラになっていました。
せっかく送ったもらったのですが、これではオーダーのしようがありません。
この事を配送会社に伝え、保証が効くかただ今確認中です。

サンプル１とサンプル２の見分け方はありますか？
もし１と２の判断が出来ない場合、再度送って貰うことは可能ですか？

度々申し訳ありませんが、お返事お待ちしております。

The package has arrived earlier.
I opened the box, but unfortunately find out that the Sample 1 and Sample 2 were broken inside.
I am really it takes you time sending this to me but I really dont expect receving things like this.
I'm reporting this to the shipping company, and confirming that will they have insurance for this.

Is there any way to tell the different between Sample 1 and Sample 2?
If it can't be distinguished between 1 and 2, can you send to me again?
