筆者の検討方法では治療前後で機能に有意差がなかったことは理解できるが，結果を受けて具体的に唾液腺障害を評価する方法の考察がなく，全体的にこの論文に臨床的価値を見出すことはできない．治療前後の唾液腺検査を行う日程を決めた根拠がわからず，ヨード制限と制限解除に伴う影響や保護材の影響は除外できない．筆者は甲状腺ホルモン値とEFとの関係についても述べているが，ホルモン測定がいつ行われているのか記載がない．一部で有意差がでた事に関する納得のいく理由も述べられてない．考察は不十分である．

The author has mentioned the relationship between the thyroid hormone value and the EF but it wasn't stated whether "hormone measurements" were carried out. There was no mention of the reasons to keep understanding the significant difference for one portion. The investigation is insufficient.

It’s understandable that there was no big difference between pretreatment and posttreatment in the author’s comparison however, it got no discussion for the method evaluating salivary gland disorders with the result specifically that generally I can’t find a clinical value in this dissertation. It’s unclear how they selected the schedule for the salivary gland exam of pre/posttreatment that makes it unable to exclude the effects along with the iodine restriction/restriction withdrawal and the effects of the protection material. The author stated the relationship between thyroid hormone levels and EF as well but didn’t state when that hormone excretion was implemented. It’s not stated a convincing reason that indicates it developed a significant difference partially either. This discussion is not enough.

From the writer examination method I have found there is not a significant difference about treatment either before or after. There is no specific evaluation study about saliva secretion disorder with result.
On the whole, I can not give a clinical value for this thesis.
There is no grounds before and after treatment of salivary glands investigation has happened.
Treatment with low iodine diet with restriction release its effect and protective material can not excluded.
