・11月5日、商品返送のためのラベルをプリントアウトしました。この商品の返送の期限を教えてください。いつまでに返送するとよいでしょうか？
・日本からドイツへの発送となりますので、稀に、すぐには到着しないケースもあるかと考えられます。その場合は、柔軟に対応していただけますか？
・商品返送にかかる、日本からドイツへの送料の請求に際し、御社におかれましては、私の、送料代金の支払いの証明が必要と思います。どのようなかたちで証明すると良いですか？

* I printed out a label for returning goods on 5th November. Please tell me the limit of time to return this item. By when should I return?
* This shipping is from Japan to Germany, so it is supposed that, in rare case, the item will not arrive in a short while. In that case, will you respond flexibly?
* I suppose that your company needs a certification of my paying shipment fee for my asking you to pay me the shipment fee for returning goods. How do I make out the certification?

・Since it is shipping from Japan to Germany I think its unlikely that it will arrive immediately. In this case, I would appreciate your flexibility.
・About this returned item, in regards to your request to pay the shipping from Japan to Germany, I believe I will need some proof of payment for the return shipping fee. What kind of proof is acceptable?
