・11月5日、商品返送のためのラベルをプリントアウトしました。この商品の返送の期限を教えてください。いつまでに返送するとよいでしょうか？
・日本からドイツへの発送となりますので、稀に、すぐには到着しないケースもあるかと考えられます。その場合は、柔軟に対応していただけますか？
・商品返送にかかる、日本からドイツへの送料の請求に際し、御社におかれましては、私の、送料代金の支払いの証明が必要と思います。どのようなかたちで証明すると良いですか？

* I suppose that your company needs a certification of my paying shipment fee for my asking you to pay me the shipment fee for returning goods. How do I make out the certification?
