「les frais d'achat（購入の費用）」について、品物の金額を含めているのか、それとも送料だけなのかが曖昧です。もしどちらの可能性も考えられるのでしたら、トラブル防止のために、「あなたにpaypalで合計○○ユーロお支払いします」などとあらかじめ伝えたほうがよいように思います。
