もし、ピンクとブルーの2色セットだと思ってご注文いただいたのであれば、
注文のキャンセルをすることも可能ですが、いかがいたしますか。

もし、このままご注文いただけるのであればご希望の安全ピンの色を返信いただけますか。
キャンセルされるのであれば、一緒にご注文いただいた商品のみご注文を承ります。

You can choose pink or blue safety pins that you ordered.
The selection tabs for the body color seem not set well.
If you ordered them supposing as a set of two colors, pink and blue, you can cancel them and what do you think of?
