弊社はあくまで検査で製品の合否を決めていますので、切断したエレメントから良し悪しを判断することはできません。
今回の2枚も弊社の基準であれば、合格となります。
Aですが、フランジにserration加工がされていないことがわかりました。
ASME準拠だとserrationが必要なのですが、JISでは規定はありません。
serrationが無くても漏れが発生することはありませんので、このまま受け入れをいただきたいのですが、可能でしょうか？

We determine product specification with nothing but pass or fail, we are not able to judge good or bad from the cut element.
Based on our standards, these two sheets for this time would be passed.
As for A, we found out that serration was not finished with flange.
Although serration is required under ASME standards, there is no regulation for it under JIS.
No leakage shall occur without serration, I would like you to accept it. Would that be possible?

Our company insist to determine products' result of an examination, so we cannot judge its good or bad from element cut.
This time's 2 piece would be our passing standard level.
As for A, we found there was no serration process for flange.
If it follows ASME, serration is needed but there is no regulation in JIS.
As there is no leaking without serration, we hope you could keep this as it is. Is it possible?
