今日は午前に面接を１件行いました。
新しいパートタイマーが3名採用が決定しました。
来週の水曜日にも面接があります。
面接をしてもいい人なのかわからないです。
判断基準は履歴書の写真が使い回しではないかというところと
どれくらいの頻度で働けるかというところです。
今日は仕事は割と早く終わりました。
岐阜は朝と夜は少し寒いです。
この１週間ですがエアコンはあまり使わなくなりました。
今の季節が一番いいですね。

I don't know if I should have an interview with the person.

Today, I finished work relatively early.

For the past week, I haven't used air conditioning a lot.
I believe now is the best season.

The criteria is to see if a candidate's picture on his/her cv is not recycled,
and how frequently s/he can work.
