今日は午前に面接を１件行いました。

新しいパートタイマーが3名採用が決定しました。

来週の水曜日にも面接があります。

面接をしてもいい人なのかわからないです。

判断基準は履歴書の写真が使い回しではないかというところと
どれくらいの頻度で働けるかというところです。

今日は仕事は割と早く終わりました。

岐阜は朝と夜は少し寒いです。
この１週間ですがエアコンはあまり使わなくなりました。

今の季節が一番いいですね。

Today I had a job interview this morning.
We hired three new part timers.
Another job interview will follow next Wednesday.
It is hard to tell if a candidate is good or not even though I throw an interview.
The criteria is to see if a candidate's picture on his/her cv is not recycled,
and how frequently s/he can work.
I got off work relatively early today.
Here in Gifu, it is a bit chilly in the morning and in the evening.
For the past week, we have stopped using the air conditioner as much.
I think this current season is the best.
