今、こちらはお昼12時です。日本は昨日から全国的に大雨で、大雨警報が出て週末も合わせ学校が四連休になりました。子供は大喜び、大人はスケジュール調整で大慌てです。あなたから頂いたパンケーキミックスと、ジャムで昼食を食べて今から職場へ行きます。とっても美味しかったわ。

It is noon here. It has been raining heavily since yesterday across Japan. Warning of heavy rain was issued, and schools are closed for 4 consecutive days including weekend. The children are very happy about it, but adults are busy adjusting schedule. I eat pancake mix you sent to me and jam for lunch, and then go to work from now. It was very delicious.

Now, it is just after 12:00. It has been heavily raining nationwide since yesterday in Japan. As there was a warning for heavy rain, and together with weekend, students had a four days holiday. Children were really happy, parents were busy by adjusting their schedule. After having Pancake mix and jam lunch given from you, I will leave for work. It was really delicious.

I am glad that Kyler and you arrived in one piece. It is so nice that you enjoy folding paper with husband. I will find a new and fun way of folding the paper, and bring it to Portland in February. How is Ruthy? As tomorrow is Star Festival, we will keep our fingers crossed that he or she gets well soon by writing it on Tanzaku.

I am delighted to hear Kyle and you arrived safely. It is wonderful tom make origami with you husband! I will find some new ways of making origami and will take them to Portland in February. How is Ruthy? Tomorrow is Tanabata and we prey for Ruthy's quick recovery by writing on a piece of paper hanged in a bamboo tree.
