Vesselの製作とassembleは同一の場所で行うのが通常です。
Vesselは韓国で製作して、韓国で検査を行います。
assembleと最終検査を日本でやることに、何の意味があるのでしょうか?
Vesselを日本に送る費用も掛かります。
assembleした時に何か不具合が発生した場合、日本で細かい修正ができないので、
再度韓国に送らなければならなくなる可能性もあります。
日本でassemble及び検査を行うことは、逆にリスクにしかなりえないと考えます。
今一度ご検討お願い致します。

The production and the assemble of the Vessel are usually conducted in the same place.
The Vessel is produced and inspected in Korea.
Does it make any sense to assemble and to conduct a final inspect in Japan?
It would cost to send the Vessel to Japan as well.
If there is any defect when assembling, we might need to send the Vessel back to Korea again because we cannot make any fine changes in Japan.
I believe it would be nothing but a risk to assemble and to inspect Vessel in Japan.
I would like you to review the plan again.

Vessel is make in S. Korea and inspected there.
