写真を拝見するに、AAのはめ込み箇所が横半分に割れているところを見ると、それなりの衝撃を受けたように見受けられます。また、はめ込み箇所が丸々取れている写真もございますが、下記の様にはめ込み式の場合、容易にBB本体から取れない様にCCがついております。AAのみの支給は在庫対象外なので輸入手配となり、輸送費を加味するとBBの価格より高くなり納期も時間がかかります。BBの販売であれば日本から海外への配送が可能です。使用中での破損ですので、残念ながら本品に対してメーカ保障外です。

As far as I see the picture, the fitting part of AA is broken horizontally, it should have received a certain degree of shock.
