写真を拝見するに、AAのはめ込み箇所が横半分に割れているところを見ると、それなりの衝撃を受けたように見受けられます。また、はめ込み箇所が丸々取れている写真もございますが、下記の様にはめ込み式の場合、容易にBB本体から取れない様にCCがついております。AAのみの支給は在庫対象外なので輸入手配となり、輸送費を加味するとBBの価格より高くなり納期も時間がかかります。BBの販売であれば日本から海外への配送が可能です。使用中での破損ですので、残念ながら本品に対してメーカ保障外です。
As seen from the photo, I was shocked to see that the insertion part of AA was split halfway across. In addition, although there are many photos of the insertion part, if the insertion is done as per below, the BB main body cannot be easily removed and CC will stick onto it. We will need to make arrangements for the import for AA's payment as it is not included in the inventory so this will mean that the price is higher than that of BB due to the delivery costs and the delivery will take some time. For BB, we will be able to ship from Japan to overseas. As this is a defect due to use, we regret to inform you that this product will not be protected under the manufacturer's warranty.
