メールプロバイダーのトラブルで
利用していたメールアドレス(xxx)が貴社宛に送信できなくなってしまいました。
しばらくの間、送信はこのメールアドレス(yyy)から送信します。
受信は問題なく今まで通り出来ますので、今後のご連絡は(xxx)宛でも(yyy)宛でも大丈夫です。
もう一度クレジットカードで決済をしたら問題なく決済が完了できました。

Due to a problem by mail provider, I am no longer able to send emails via my email address of xxx.
For a while, I will send my emails via this email address (yyy) instead.
I can receive emails as before without any problem. So. please contact me to either to xxx or to yyy.
I tried to settle the payment by my credit card once again and it was done without a problem this time.

Due to the trouble with the mail provider, I can no longer send emails to your company from the email address (xxx) which I had been using.
For the time being, my emails will be sent from the email address (yyy).
As there is no problem with receiving emails, you can continue to contact me either via (xxx) or (yyy).
If you can use the credit card to settle the payment, there should be no problems with completing the settlement.
