The sell has been dealing with PC and PC parts and I do not believe the seller does not have enough knowledge in this field.
The act by the seller is almost like a fraud.

However, I do not understand why you list items which are with widely high-priced parts and new PC most of ones sent tome with description and title. There are too much description to make expect high-value than ones sent.
