I have not received a confirmation email despite my reservation made on January 20th for the stay between March 21 and 24.

Please confirm the reservation ASAP.
Also, I contacted you for the same matter on January 21, but I have not heard back from your end.
Please let me know the reason of unsent confirmation email as well as the reason of failure to notice of the confirmation last time no later than March 1. Based on your excuse, I may consider cancelling the reservation.
In the event of cancellation, please be sure to repay in full of the paid amount.
