However, they are limited for selling and I am unable to sell as new.

I would like to resell books issued by this publisher. However, it's been subject to restrictions and can no longer be listed as a new item. Our company has dealt directly with the publisher, and only deal in genuine products. I've attached a receipt from the publisher for your reference.
