①先日から正常にサインイン出来ない件ですが、正しいパスワードを思い出して、
サインインする事が出来ました。が、1/26頃に注文した商品がYour Ordersに表示されていません。

②日本時間の1/26にAmazon.comの小売部門他から購入して、配達先に指定したオレゴンに本日2/6に到着しないのは遅いはずなので、やはり注文はキャンセルされているのでしょうね。

(1) Regarding the trouble that I cannot sign in correctly since the other day, I recalled the correct password and I could sign-in successfully. However, the item which I ordered around January 26th is not reflected in Your Orders.

(2) The purchase was made on the retail division etc. on Amazon.com on January 26th JST. And the items do have not arrived to the specified address in Oregon today, February 6th. I believe this is too late. So the order was cancelled, wasn't it?

(3) I will place the same order again, but can you please make sure that the order would not be a duplicate order?

① As for the case of not being able to correctly sign, I remembered correct password and could signed in. However, items ordered on 26 January is not shown on Your Orders.

② On 26 January Japan time, I purchased it from Amazon.com retail division and others and it has not yet delivered at the address ordered in Oregon on 6 February, today, is too late, and so the order might have been canceled.

③ I will order it again, but it will not be duplicate order, will it?

1. I was not able to log in normally for other day but now I was able to do so since I remembered my correct password. However, the order that I made around 26th of January is not displayed in "Your Orders".

2. I assume the order is already cancelled since the order that was made on the small merchandising on Amazon.com on the January 26th from Japan and the product has not arrived yet as of today, the 2nd of February, in Oregon which was specified as a destination.
