工場はいくつかのパートナー企業と協議しており、年明けには場所を確保したいと考えています
この事業は①場所の確保と②機材購入にボトルネックがあると認識しております
機材は確保できるのであれば数万台でも購入したいと考えていますが、困難であると想像しています。
迅速な事業立ち上げを行うために、どのような進め方が適切か、xxさん教えていただけないでしょうか。

I am sending a simple schedule.
Within the year we will carry out test operation, and scheduled to carry out full-fledged business expansion starting from the New Year.
For the factory, we have worked together with a number of partner businesses. I'd like to secure the location on the New Year.
I am aware that this business has bottlenecks in 1. Securing a location and 2. Purchasing machinery parts.
For the machinery, if it can be ensured, I'd like to buy several ten thousands of parts but I expect it will be difficult.
Xx, can you tell me how we should proceed in order to start up the business quickly?

We are doing a trial operation within this year and plan to expand the business on a full scale from the beginning of next year.
Our factory is discussing with several partner companies and would like to ensure the place by the beginning of next year.
