本取引について連絡します。あなたへ送った品が経由地の英国から返送され今日私の元へ届きました。返送理由は郵便局のミスで、本来貴国宛利用出来ない速達便を利用した為でした。勿論商品を再送出来ますが、郵便局へ確認した結果貴国宛は保険付船便（1か月かかります）しか使えないとのことでした。日本の輸送業者Yの国際便も貴国宛宅配便を取り扱っていますが、Aという都市宛しか配送出来ないとのことです。お待たせしてしまったので送料は当方負担で構いません。船便で再送しましょうか？いかが致しましょうか？

I of course resent the item to you, however as far as I confirmed with the post office availabe shipping to your country is only by the insured sea mail (taking one month). In Japan Y's overseas service also ship to your country, however I was told delivery is for A city only. Sice I have kept you waiting I would absorb the shipping fee. May I send by the sea mail?

The reason of returning is a mistake made by post office, and express mail we cannot use to your country was used. Of course, I can send it to you again. But I checked the post office, and found that I can send only by sea mail with insurance (it takes 1 month). The Japanese transportation company called Y handles a system to send to your country, but I can send only to the city called "A". As I have made you keep waiting, I will pay for the shipping charge. The reason for returning it was the post office's mistake and because it was used express delivery not to be used to your country originally. Of course, I could re-send the product, when I checked at the post office, there is no way but use sea with insurance (It will take a month.).
