本取引について連絡します。あなたへ送った品が経由地の英国から返送され今日私の元へ届きました。返送理由は郵便局のミスで、本来貴国宛利用出来ない速達便を利用した為でした。勿論商品を再送出来ますが、郵便局へ確認した結果貴国宛は保険付船便（1か月かかります）しか使えないとのことでした。日本の輸送業者Yの国際便も貴国宛宅配便を取り扱っていますが、Aという都市宛しか配送出来ないとのことです。お待たせしてしまったので送料は当方負担で構いません。船便で再送しましょうか？いかが致しましょうか？

In Japan Y's overseas service also ship to your country, however I was told delivery is for A city only. Sice I have kept you waiting I would absorb the shipping fee. May I send by the sea mail?
