こんにちは。
私はこの商品を転送会社を使用して日本に転送しようとしました。
しかし関税で医療機器になるので輸入ができないと言われてしまい、
止められている状況です。
そこで提案があるのですが、
１、ebayの手数料分と送料をお支払いするのでキャンセル。
２、一度商品を戻すので、品名を変更して再度発送する。
どちらか協力してもらえないだろうか？

Hello,
I tried to forward this item to Japan by using a forwarding company.
But I was informed by them that the customs said that it could not be shipped to Japan because it fell in the category of medical devices. As such, I do not receive it yet.
So I have a proposal:
1. I will cancel it and pay the ebay commissionand shipping fees.
2. I will return it to you, and you will ship it to me again, changing the name of the item.
I appreciate you if you kindly consider my proposal.

So, I have a few suggestions:
1. Will you let me cancel the order if I pay the cost of handling charge for eBay and the shipping cost.
