添付の動画とおり、タッチパネルが反応しなくなりました。
本体の交換もしくは修理をお願いします。
交換・修理にあたり送り先を教えてください。
前もって言っておきますが、私では修理はできません。
ですので部品を送られても私で修理することはできません。
自然故障となりますが送料は私が負担するのでしょうか？
私では修理はできないので交換してください。
修理は無償で行うと記載されているので、御社が制定した規約は守って下さい。
もし交換いただけないのであればクレーム申請をします。

As the attached DVD shows, patch panel has stopped reacting.
Please change it or repair it.
Please tell me where to send to be changed or repaired.
I will tell beforehand but I cannot repair it.
Therefore, I cannot repair it even if you send me parts.
Do I have to be responsible for the shipping cost though it is a natural damage?
Please change is as I cannot repair it.
