クレジットカード会社に問い合わせました。
昨日、このカードで決済を取ろうとした形跡がないとの回答がありました。
カード番号が合っているかどうか確認して下さい。
もう一度カード番号を送ります。

5月10日に出荷してもらった商品については、カード決済出来たのですよね?
今回出来なかった原因が何か、そちらでわかるでしょうか?
また、一部の注文だけでも決済が取れませんか?

もしクレジットカード決済が無理なら、銀行振込など他の方法で支払いを受け付けて下さい。
