クレジットカード決済エラーの件

クレジットカード会社に問い合わせました。
昨日、このカードで決済を取ろうとした形跡がないとの回答がありました。
カード番号が合っているかどうか確認して下さい。
もう一度カード番号を送ります。

5月10日に出荷してもらった商品については、カード決済出来たのですよね？
今回出来なかった原因が何か、そちらでわかるでしょうか？
また、一部の注文だけでも決済が取れませんか？

もしクレジットカード決済が無理なら、銀行振込など他の方法で支払いを受け付けて下さい。

We inquired credit card company.
They answered that they could not find any trace of payment by this card yesterday.
Please check if the number of the card is correct.
We will send the number again.

Were you able to make payment by credit card for the items you shipped on 10th of May?
Can you imagine what is the reason of the error of this time?
I wonder if you can get our payment for a part of our orders.

If the payment by credit card is impossible, please accept our other kind of payment such as bank transfer.
