新しいパスワードに変更するように要求されるのですが、新しいパスワードに変更しようとすると、「Something went wrong while processing your request. Please try again.」というエラーメッセージが出てログインできない状態です。
６ヶ月以上前から発生している不具合なので至急修正をお願いできませんでしょうか？ログインができずお客様にメッセージを送ることができない状況です。

I am always requested to change the password to a new one, but whenever I try to change it to a new one, I get an error message, "Something went wrong while processing your request. Please try again." and I cannot log in successfully.
As the error has continued for six months., can you please resolve it as soon as possible? As I cannot log in, I cannot send any messages to my customers.

Though I was asked to change to a new password, when I tried to change to a new password, there shows "Something went wrong while processing your request. Please try again." massage.
It has been a trouble since 6 months ago, and so please change it at once. I cannot login and making inconvenience to my customers.

Could you please amendment immediately because the bug has showed up more than 6months ago?
We can not sent messages to our customer because can not log in it.
