2016年12月14日にご購入いただいた商品につきまして。
この度は商品の延着で大変ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございませんでした。
2017年1月21日に日本郵便へ提出した調査請求書の件で先週末の4月14日(金)に日本郵便より以下の通り回答がありました。
日本郵便回答内容:2017年3月1日に受取人に配達済み
つきましては2017年1月22日に商品代金USD40.00を全額返金しておりますので、
再度のお支払いをお願いしたい次第です。

We received following reply from Japan post Office on last Friday, April 14th regarding the investigation request which we submitted on January 21st, 2017.
The contents of the reply of Japan Post Office : The mail was delivered to the recipient on March 1st, 2017.
So, I would like you to make payment again because we had issued a full refund for the item price, USD40.00 on January 22nd, 2017.
I appreciate if you can help above.
I received the following answer regarding the invoice of inspection I had submitted to Japan Post on January 21st 2017 from Japan Post on April 14th Friday.
Answer of Japan Post: Delivered to recipient on March 1st 2017
As I had refunded you 40.00 US dollars in full on January 22nd 2017,
I ask you to pay it again.

We received an answer from Japan Post 14 April (Fri.) last weekend about investigation application submitted to Japan Post 21 January 2017.
The content of the answer from Japan Post: It was delivered to the receiver 1 March 2017.
Therefore, as we issued you a full refund of $40.00 for the product 22 January 2017, please again pay the amount to us.

We sent an inquiry to Japan Post on January 21, 2017. Japan Post issued a reply on Friday, April 14, as follows.

However, on January 22, 2017, we gave a full refund in the amount of USD 40.00. Due to this, we would like to ask for the repayment.
