この度は商品の延着で大変ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございませんでした。
2017年1月21日に日本郵便へ提出した調査請求書の件で先週末の4月14日（金）に日本郵便より以下の通り回答がありました。
日本郵便回答内容：2017年3月1日に受取人に配達済み
つきましては2017年1月22日に商品代金USD40.00を全額返金しておりますので、
再度のお支払いをお願いしたい次第です。

The content of the answer from Japan Post: It was delivered to the receiver 1 March 2017.
Therefore, as we issued you a full refund of $40.00 for the product 22 January 2017, please again pay the amount to us.
