我々もA社と同様に以下の2点については了解しました。
但し、我々もB氏が定義する「C」に該当しているという認識を持っておりません。
B氏が指摘する「D」に記述されている内容が真実であるとすれば、我々はそのプロセスに関与していないと考えているためです。
その点については予めご理解願います。
基本的には今後の３者での話し合いが、皆さんのアドバイス通りに進むことを望んでいます。
あと念の為ですが、弁護士費用は£5kを上回ることはないでしょうか。

However, we do not have the recognition of "B" which Mr. B has defined, either.
This is because we presume we are not related with the process if the contents of "D" which Mr. B has pointed out are true,

I would basically wish that the discussion with the tree members in the future goes through well as the suggestions from everyone.
And just to make sure, wouldn't it be possible that the commission fee of the attorney exceeds £5k?
