I certainly signed on reservation form, but the reception explained that I had to sign on reservation form when checking in, and since I could not check in unless I sign, I told them again that the schedule of my stay was not finalized before signing on it.

However, as I confirmed with you many times when I made reservation and I checked in, the check out date is just a temporal one, and let you know that it could be changed depending on the circumstances of my work.
As the mail communication in the past can prove that. Can you please confirm it?
It is true that I put my signature on the reservation slip, but I just did so because I was told that the signature was anyway necessary on the reservation slip to check in, and otherwise I could not make check in. So I let them know that the staying period had not been fixed yet and I put my signature on it.

I have wtitten above situation in my previous email, so please kindly refer those emails.
