遅延についてはお詫び申し上げます。お客様満足のため最善を尽くしたいのですが、返送された商品を見てみないと、何が原因で発送出来ないのか当方も分かりません。私はこれまで数百件の取引を行ってきましたがこの様な事は初めてです。
梱包は厳重に行い、それ故国際郵便局まで問題なく届いたのだと思われます。国際局から当方へは通常2日程度で届くので、その後原因が分かる筈です。可能性として考えられるのは、1月から新たに施行された条約です。特定の木材は国が定める証明書がない限り
輸出不可となりました。
I do wrapping thoroughly therefore there was no problem with the item to be sent to international post office. Usually it takes 2 days from international post office to you so you can find it out after that. Possibly new law activated from January may be the cause. Specific wood cannot be exported without certification approved by government.

この商品は一部に木材が使われており、仮にこの条約が原因で返送となった場合は、日本から同じ商品を送るのは不可能です。あなたが他の店から購入したとしても必ず同じ結果となります。この規制強化は急に決まったので、日本の省庁、輸送業者も現時点では現場運用含め相当混乱しています。
それ以外の原因であれば、何らかの訂正を行い再度発送することは可能です。(但し航空便に限ります)
何れにせよこの取引を中止するか(全額返金)どうかは、タイミング含めお客様の判断に委ねたいと思います。

if this product is sent back due to this treaty it is impossible to send same product from Japan.

This reinforcement of regulation was suddenly determined, so
ministry and delivery company are currently very confusing about it including to administration for the site operations.
If it is due to another reasons, it is possible for me to cerrect something and send again.
(But if only for air freight.)
Anyway I will follow customer's judgement about this transaction whether cancel (refund all) or not, including to the timing.
If there are other reasons, I may be able to send it again after some amends( only by air courier).
Anyway it is depends on you to cancel the deal(full refund) or not.
