遅延についてはお詫び申し上げます。お客様満足のため最善を尽くしたいのですが、返送された商品を見てみないと、何が原因で発送出来ないのか当方も分かりません。私はこれまで数百件の取引を行ってきましたがこの様な事は初めてです。
梱包は厳重に行い、それ故国際郵便局まで問題なく届いたのだと思われます。国際局から当方へは通常2日程度で届くので、その後原因が分かる筈です。可能性として考えられるのは、1月から新たに施行された条約です。特定の木材は国が定める証明書がない限り
輸出不可となりました。

I apologize for the lateness. I'd want to do the best for my customers. For that, I have to take a look and see what is the reason why we can't send it. I've been traiding over thundereds times but this kind of case is the first time to happen to me. We covered it up carefully, so that it went to the international post office eventually. It takes about 2 days to get it from the international post office so after we get it back, I think we know what was wrong. The only reason I can think of is that the new condition what's occurred from January. It says that there's some specific woods that are not allowed to import without permission.
