この商品は一部に木材が使われており、仮にこの条約が原因で返送となった場合は、日本から同じ商品を送るのは不可能です。あなたが他の店から購入したとしても必ず同じ結果となります。この規制強化は急に決まったので、日本の省庁、輸送業者も現時点では現場運用含め相当混乱しています。
それ以外の原因であれば、何らかの訂正を行い再度発送することは可能です。（但し航空便に限ります）

This product is made of partially wood and in case if it's returned due to the treaty, it is impossible to send the product from Japan. Even if you purchase it from another store, the result will be the same.
