ご注文頂いていた商品なのですが、
発送の準備をしていたら棚が倒れる事故がおきました。
幸いスタッフに怪我はありませんでしたが
ご注文いただいた商品が壊れてしまいました。
同じ商品を手に入れるためスタッフと探しましたが何処も品切れで見つかりません。
よって商品をすぐに届ける事ができなくなりました。
本当に申し訳ございません。
現在、この商品が何時手に入るか全く予想ができませんが
待っていただく事は可能でしょうか?
About the item from the order that we received,
After we prepared it for shipping, there was an accident when the bookshelf fell.
Fortunately the staff was unharmed but
the item you ordered was destroyed.
I searched with the staff to find the same item but we couldn't find it anywhere because it is out of stock.
That is why we couldn't deliver it to you right away.
I'm terribly sorry.
At present we cannot foresee at all what time we will be able to get another but
will you be willing to wait?
Regarding the item which you bought, we had an accident that the shelves fell over when we were arranging the shipment.

We tried to find the same item to get it with our staff members, but the item is out of stock in every supplier.
