X検査での担癌患者おける偶発胃癌の発見率とその有効性
今日の癌診療でXは広く用いられているが、肺癌を主要目的としないX検査にて胃に偶然集積を認めることに時々遭遇する．胃に異常集積を認めた症例に関して，発見率との集積度の関連を評価した．
2012/4-12までの間に当院でX検査を施行した8件中、男性症例は5例であった。少なくとも2名のCT専門医が胃に偶発的な異常集積を指摘し、P測定を読影レポートにて勧めた症例は4例であった。このうち診療経過が追跡可能であった3例を対象とした。
