X検査での担癌患者おける偶発胃癌の発見率とその有効性
今日の癌診療でXは広く用いられているが、肺癌を主要目的としないX検査にて胃に偶然集積を認めることに時々遭遇する．胃に異常集積を認めた症例に関して，発見率との集積度の関連を評価した．
2012/4-12までの間に当院でX検査を施行した8件中、男性症例は5例であった。少なくとも2名のCT専門医が胃に偶発的な異常集積を指摘し、P測定を読影レポートにて勧めた症例は4例であった。このうち診療経過が追跡可能であった3例を対象とした。

The discovery rate of incidental stomach cancer in cancer-bearing patients by X inspection
X is widely used in today'S cancer treatment, we sometimes encounter incidental accumulation in stomach in X examination which is not primary purpose to discover lung cancer. We evaluate the relation between the discovery rate and the accumulation rate in regard to the disease cases with abnormal accumulation in stomach.
Out of 8 cases of X examination in our hospital from April to December of 2012, there were 5 cases of men. There were 4 disease cases that at least 2 CE specialists pointed out incidental abnormal accumulation in stomach and then recommended to read P measurement by diagram reading report. We targeted 3 cases out of these cases, which we could trace medical courses.
