I don't believe it is not a good situation for both to cross our fingers and just simply wait.
As I contacted PayPal, but I am afraid the situation might not probably be improved.
I will issue a refund for $350.

Doing nothing than waiting would not be a good choice to both of us. Though I reported this to PayPal, but probably it will not work very effectively.
I think I am going to pay $350 back to you. When the purchased item are delivered at your end, please let me know if you want to return the item back to me or if you like to keep it. If you keep, please pay again, totally up to you.
