I checked with the tracking number to find out that it has been at Madrid customs for customs clearance procedure since December 5th. There is nothing that I can help as it is at the customs. The item will be sent to you after clearing customs but would you rather a refund?

The products are in the custom so I can't do anything. When the custom clearance procedures are over, you'll be able to get them but do you wish for a repayment?.
