商品が届かないという事で大変申し訳ございません。
トラッキングナンバーを確認したところ12月5日にMADRIDの税関で通関手続きの状態で止まってしまっています。税関に商品があるので私の方ではどうすることもできません。通関手続きが終わればお手元に届きますが返金を希望されますか？

I checked with the tracking number to find out that it has been at Madrid customs for customs clearance procedure since December 5th. There is nothing that I can help as it is at the customs. The item will be sent to you after clearing customs but would you rather a refund?
