NGCグレーディングサービスにてコインを鑑定するために傷の無いコインを探し回っていました。
ルーペで確認したところで数か所に傷がありました。
傷があると鑑定のランクが付かなくなります。
大変申し訳ございませんが１２２ドルという価値がありません。
私が送料負担しますので返送してPayPalを通して支払った全額１２２ドルを返金するか、返送せずに支払った一部の６０ドルのみを返金するかです。
ルーペで確認した傷を撮影するのは難しいので写真を添付しておりません。

Thank you for the careful packing.
In order to have the coin appraised at NCG Grading Service, I looked around for a coin without scratches.
When I checked with the loupe there were scratches in several places.
If there are scratches it can't be given an appraisal rank.
I'm very sorry but there isn't a value of 122 dollars.
I will bear the shipping cost, so I can return it and refund you the whole amount of 122 dollars through PayPal, or not return it and partially refund you only 60 dollars.
Since it's hard to capture the scratches I found with the loupe, I haven't attached any photos.

I appreciate you carefully packed the item.
I had been looking for clean coins without any scratch in order to appraise coins by NGC grading service.
When I inspected the coin by a magnifier, I found several scratches.
If there is a scratch, the ranking would not be given to the coin.
I am very sorry, that it is not worth 122 dollars.
