NGCグレーディングサービスにてコインを鑑定するために傷の無いコインを探し回っていました。
ルーペで確認したところで数か所に傷がありました。
傷があると鑑定のランクが付かなくなります。
大変申し訳ございませんが１２２ドルという価値がありません。
私が送料負担しますので返送してPayPalを通して支払った全額１２２ドルを返金するか、返送せずに支払った一部の６０ドルのみを返金するかです。
ルーペで確認した傷を撮影するのは難しいので写真を添付しておりません。

I had been looking for clean coins without any scratch in order to appraise coins by NGC grading service.
When I inspected the coin by a magnifier, I found several scratches.
If there is a scratch, the ranking would not be given to the coin.
I am very sorry, that it is not worth 122 dollars.
The option would be that I would cover the shipping fee, would return the coin back to you and you would issue a full refund for 122 dollars which I paid, or I would not return the coin to you and you would issue a partial refund for 60 dollars which I paid.
As it it difficult to take a photo showing the scratch observed by a magnifier, I am not attaching the picture with this mail.
