丁寧な梱包頂き感謝しています。
NGCグレーディングサービスにてコインを鑑定するために傷の無いコインを探し回っていました。
ルーペで確認したところで数か所に傷がありました。
傷があると鑑定のランクが付かなくなります。
大変申し訳ございませんが１２２ドルという価値がありません。
私が送料負担しますので返送してPayPalを通して支払った全額１２２ドルを返金するか、返送せずに支払った一部の６０ドルのみを返金するかです。
ルーペで確認した傷を撮影するのは難しいので写真を添付しておりません。

I had been looking for the undamaged coin for having the expert opinion over it as NGC grading service.
But when inspected by Loupe, some places appeared damaged.
Once it is damaged the expert opinion rank can not be made.
I really sorry for saying this but the price of 122 dollars is not possible.
because the shipping fee is covered by me so after the good is returned Can you refund total payment of 122 dollars via Paypal or if it is not needed to return the good, Can you refund part of payment that I paid before which is 60 dollars?
The damage that appeared when inspecting by loupe is hard for picture so I am sorry that can not attach it in this mail.
