連絡が遅くなりごめんなさい
添付の動画をご覧下さい。
充電器は昨晩より繋ぎっぱなしでも充電完了とならなかった為、外していた所から再度接続しています。
動画から分かる通り電圧はDCxxVとなっており、スロットルレバーを動かしてもモーターは回りません。
先日のメール以降、電源を入れて実際にしばらく乗ってみましたが電動では動きません。その為、通常のキックボードとして乗っています。
その他こちらで確認して欲しい箇所があれば指示して下さい。
この状況はとても悲しいので、早急な対応をお願いします。

The charger had been connected since last night, but it didn't show that the charging has been completed, so I disconnected and reconnected the charger.
As you can see from the video, the voltage is DCxxV, yet the motor won't move even when I move the throttle lever.
I have tried to turn it on and ride on it since my last mail, but it won't move on electricity, so I just used it like a normal kickboard.
If there's anything you want me to check from my end, please tell me.
I'm very saddened by this situation, and I would like your prompt response.
