今日、私は、トムさんから送られて来たERMに関するEメールを初めて読んで、大変驚きました。UKとEMEAで結ばれた契約が、現在、本社に提案している内容と大きく違うことは、非常に大きな問題です。違いが生じた理由を、合理的に説明する必要があると考えられます。
しかし、私のこの報告にもありますが、今回のグローバル展開に向けての大きな料金の枠組みを作ることの方が重要だと思います。本社も、同じように考えていて、我々からそれを提案してくれることを期待していると思います。
