今日、私は、トムさんから送られて来たＥＲＭに関するＥメールを初めて読んで、大変驚きました。ＵＫとＥＭＥＡで結ばれた契約が、現在、本社に提案している内容と大きく違うことは、非常に大きな問題です。違いが生じた理由を、合理的に説明する必要があると考えられます。
しかし、私のこの報告にもありますが、今回のグローバル展開に向けての大きな料金の枠組みを作ることの方が重要だと思います。本社も、同じように考えていて、我々からそれを提案してくれることを期待していると思います。
I read the email from Tom about ERM first time today and really surprised. It is a big problem that the contract between UK and EMEA is very different from what out company suggest. I think we need to explain the reason why differences occurred.
However as my report says it is more important to create the structure for fees for global expansion this time.
Our company also thinks that way and the company expects we will suggest that.
