今日、私は、トムさんから送られて来たＥＲＭに関するＥメールを初めて読んで、大変驚きました。ＵＫとＥＭＥＡで結ばれた契約が、現在、本社に提案している内容と大きく違うことは、非常に大きな問題です。違いが生じた理由を、合理的に説明する必要があると考えられます。
しかし、私のこの報告にもありますが、今回のグローバル展開に向けての大きな料金の枠組みを作ることの方が重要だと思います。本社も、同じように考えていて、我々からそれを提案してくれることを期待していると思います。

I was very surprised to rear the letter from Tom about ERM today.The contract with UK and EMEA are very different from the contract that we have offered to the head quarter currently, and it is a big problem. I think that we have to explain why those are different reasonably.
However, as I mention about it in this report, it is more important to make the a larger price context toward the global deployment this time.
I think the head quarter thinks same thing and is expecting what we proposes it.
