「自動化ツールで何が出来るのか?」というと、たとえばWindows のパスワードにロックがかかってしまった時、
ICTのメンバーが全員不在でも、電話かSMSでロボットとやり取りするだけでアカウントのロックを解除してくれます。

Currently, ICT group in general affairs division is planning to introduce an automation tool.
Regarding the question such as "What the automation tool can do for us?", for instance, even when the password of Windows is locked unexpectedly, the automation tool will unlock the password if you just talk to the robot over a phone or by way of e-mail even when all of the members in ICT are out of office.

Currently general affair department of ICT group is considering if installing automated tool or not.
What can automated tool is for instance, when Window's password is locked, even though all ICT members are out of office, automated tool unlock the account by talking with robot by phone or SMS.

これはほんの一例ですが、このような自動化ツールにより、”人がやらなければいけない仕事”を人が行って、
他の簡単なものはロボットが行うことが出来れば、コスト・効率面でのメリットがあるのではないかと思っています。
なお、この自動化ツールは後ろでAI（人工知能）が働いています。

This is only an example. By using this kind of automation tool, I believe that there will be a benefit in cost and efficiency if a person carries out a "work that a person must do" and robot works on other simple work.

This is just a one of example but by using automatic tool like this people can do what people should do and robot do other easy task. I believe this enable us to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency.

This is just an example, but if the human being can focus on "what the human being should do" and "what the human being only can do", and the robots cope with other thing by using such an automation tool, then I believe there is a large merit in terms of the cost and productivity.
